This is a beautiful testimony... because it is REAL. And TRUE. Thank you so much for sharing it.

My personal opinion is that your are living a revolutionary, counter-cultural life for Jesus. Granted we've never met in person but I can see it in what you share on your blog. Your #2 accomplishment is something that you are already doing...of course we all need to be more with a passionate fever. Be encouraged.

I really, really appreciate you sharing this. Your honesty is so refreshing to me. I think a lot of times, we feel so much pressure to have the right kind of testimony, or to claim the same kinds of experiences others claim having, or we think something must be wrong with us. I know the kind of affection for the "lukewarm life" that you mention. There are moments when I feel fired up inside... but when I don't, I try to tell myself that if I focus on LOVE, that's the most important thing. Right?...

Reading Anne Lamott was what finally made me get over the idea that I didn't know how to pray.

Thanks so much for sharing this. I can relate a lot. Even though I've fallen away from Christianity in a lot of ways, I still feel like having a connection to Jesus is one of the most important things in my life. I just never know quite what that should look or feel like.

Thank you.

You are inspiring to me :)
